This website ("site") is owned and operated by Avision Concepts Pty Ltd ACN 125 760 652 trading as Old Timer Engines ("we", "us", "our"). These terms and conditions apply to your use of this site. By signing up as a registered user, or making any purchase on this site, you ("you") agree to the following terms and our privacy policy.

Your  Account & Password

To shop on the Old Timer Engines website you will be required to create a password protected account. If you are a returning customer, you will be required to log onto this account to access your past orders and account information.

By setting up a password protected account with us, you agree to accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account or password.  You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

As an account holder we may send you information and special offers from our store and affiliates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining security the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice.  All prices include GST, where applicable.

Product availability
Please check the availability of the item you wish to purchase. Once we receive your order, you will get a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order. This is not a guarantee of availability. Unforseen supply issues or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.

Expected Delivery Time

Under normal circumstances you can expect most deliveries to be made in 2 - 8 working days from the dispatch date.

Direct Deposit or Internet Banking

In the checkout process, select Bank Deposit as payment method. Your total including the shipping charges will be displayed, along with our bank, account name, BSB number, account number and your reference number. Please make sure you use the reference displayed.

PayPal

When you select PayPal as your payment method you will be directed to sign into your PayPal account, or create a new account if you don't already have one.

Credit Card Payments

We take credit card security seriously and use secure shopping cart technology to keep your information safe.

Warranty and Liability 

Where we are permitted by law we do not warrant or represent the suitability of the Site or a Product for any purpose and we will not be liable to you for indirect and consequential loss (including without limitation for loss of revenue, loss of profits, failure to realise expected profits or savings and any other commercial or economic loss of any kind) or loss or corruption of data, in contract, tort, under any statute or otherwise (including negligence) arising from or connected to the Site or the Product.

Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Old Timer Engines. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or if we are unable to provide you with a satisfactory replacement, we will refund the original cost of the goods in question.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original unopened packaging, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, and must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Restocking Fee for Change of Mind or Incorrectly Ordered Items
If you wish to return goods because you have incorrectly ordered or changed your mind (or for other reasons outside of your statutory rights), you may request to return the goods for exchange or account credit subject to restocking fee of $11 or 10% of the invoice value (whichever is the greater).

All postage costs and charges are non-refundable.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland, Australia.
