Lister A & B Junior

A high quality pair of precision made valve springs for the Lister Junior A & AK type engines, more commonly suitable for 3hp or 3½hp engines. Made from 55CrSi oil tempered and quenched spring steel wire, with a further tempering and shot peening treatment. The ends have been precision ground, and a light coating of anti-rust oil applied for corrosion prevention. Equivalent to Lister part number 2-419 or 002-00419. *Not suitable for all spec’s, see notes.

Lister Junior A, AK, B & BK replacement fuel pump springs equivalent to Lister part number 002-00452 or A452. These springs are made for the later A449 fuel pumps with an external spring under the dust cap, they will not fit the early A214 pumps that had an internal spring under the plunger.

Valve spring carrier suitable for Lister J, K, L, M petrol/paraffin engine and the Lister B & BK junior engines. This replacement spring holder is equivalent to Lister part numbers 3383 & J57, suitable for 7/16” (11mm approx.) valve stems.

A replacement bronze camshaft end cover bush suitable for both A & B Type Lister Junior’s, used on twin flywheel versions only. This high quality non genuine part is equivalent to Lister part number A247. Note: You will need to drill the oil lubrication hole after press fitting the bush.

A quality cast iron replacement starting handle suitable for the Lister A, AK & B, BK Junior engine range with a 1.5" crankshaft, the starting handle has a ratchet pin that engages in the crank’s keyway. Equivalent to Lister part number A277.

Paper gasket set for twin flywheel Lister A & B Junior engines, not suitable for early single flywheel engines. Does not include the copper valve plug rings or exhaust manifold gasket which are available separately if required.

Good quality piston ring set for Lister A petrol engines and AK petrol/kero engines. This ring set is suiatable for the later Juinor engines with a 4” bore, these engines are usually mark as 3hp or 3-1/2hp. The set consists of 3 compression rings and 1 oil scraper ring to suit a standard 4” bore.

A high-quality reproduction exhaust silencer for Lister A engines, also known as the Lister Junior. These silencers are a copy of the original Lister type, made to original Lister specification, with internal baffles for effective exhaust note silencing.

A high quality small stationary engine silencer that would suit a wide range of stationary engines requiring a 1.25" BSP thread exhaust. This muffler will fit engines such as Lister A Juniors and many others.

Australian made 1-1/4” BSP exhaust elbow and socket suitable for the Lister Junior A Type and any other engine requiring a 1.25” BSP exhaust bend. These 90 Degree long bends are made from heavy wall pipe, complete with male BSP threads both ends, and the female socket attached to one end allows for easy fitment of a male threaded silencer.

New cast iron exhaust flange suitable for the Lister Junior A type 2.5hp, 3hp and 3.5hp engines. This aftermarket exhaust flange is approximately 25mm thick and has a 1.25" BSP female thread and 2 x mounting holes with 60.3mm centres.

Made from high temperature asbestos free gasket material in the UK.

A quality replacement hardened steel diaphragm for the crankcase breather assembly on all Lister CS engines. Will also fit other Lister engines fitted with this style of crankcase breather, including Lister L, J, A & B models, photos 2, 3 and 4 show this style of breather fitted to other Lister engines.

Decal set for the Lister A & B Hopper Cooled Junior stationary engines, also refered as the "Coffee Pot", 4 transfers are included in this set. These are water slide transfers, instructions for correct use are included. See dimensions below.

Pair of 4” rotation direction arrows for smaller Lister engines including the Lister D, A & B Juniors, and H. This pair of opposing arrows allows for placement on both left and right side flywheels for 2 flywheel models and can be used on both Clockwise and Anti-clockwise by simply switching placement or arrow used.

A new inlet or exhaust valve suitable for the Lister Junior A type engines from 2.5HP to 3.5HP. Equivalent to Lister part numbers H55IN & H55EX.

New Lister Junior B & BK valves, suitable for inlet and exhaust. These valves are forged, and precision machined from EN52 material as per original Lister specs. Equivalent to Lister part numbers 3381IN (Inlet) and 3381EX (Exhaust).

5/16” BSW cast brass wing nut is a suitable replacement for the oil filler flap of all Lister CS engines. It is also suitable for many other Lister stationary engines, or any other use requiring a 5/16” BSW brass wing nut. Lister part number 027-00687, replaces 27-687, S687.

Fuel & Oil Pump packing cord suitable for the Fuel/Oil pumps on all Lister H, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, Q models, P/N 3335. Also suitable for the Lister A & B Junior pump packing P/N 3335. This tried and tested self-lubricated cord is impregnated with fuel resistant lubricant making it ideal for this application.
