Lister CD & CE Piston Ring Set (STD) Non Genuine
Please Select Piston Type Before Ordering. Lister CD & CE piston ring sets suitable for standard 4.5” Listard chromed bores, these ring sets are also suitable for non-chrome bores. There are 4 different piston ring sets used on the Lister CD & CE depending on engine number, please check your piston and refer to the details below on this page before ordering. If you are unsure or have any doubts please contact me before ordering.
Note: These CD & CE piston ring sets are for the vintage water cooled engines made from 1933 to 1952, they are not suitable for the modern CD air cooled engines.
Please use the piston ring set details here to help identify the ring set you need. In most cases it would be wise to remove the piston first and check the part number as some earlier engines may have had a new later type of piston fitted at some stage in the engine’s life.
Piston Number 23/2527: fitted to CD engine numbers up to 360601 and CE engine numbers up to 387961. Please order 2 sets for the CE twin cylinder engines.

- 1 x 3/16” wide oil scraper ring P/N 23/2299.
Piston Number 23/25271: (Not Available) fitted to CD engine numbers from 360603 to 360791 and CE engine numbers from 387962 to 388153.

- 3 x 1/8” Compression Rings P/N 10/4/18
- 1 x 3/16” Oil Scraper Ring P/N 23/2299
- 1 x 3/16” Bottom Scraper Ring Bevel P/N 614/889 (This Ring is Not Available).
Piston Number 23/5104: fitted to CD engine numbers from 360792 to 363845 and CE engine numbers from 388154 to 390876. Please order 2 sets for the CE twin cylinder engines.
These sets contain:
- 1 x 3/16” Top Compression Ring Taper Sides P/N 614/888
- 2 x 1/8” wide compression rings P/N 10/4/18
- 1 x 3/16” wide oil scraper ring P/N 23/2299.
Piston Number 23/5104/3: fitted to CD engine numbers from 363846 to end of production and CE engine numbers from 390877 to end of production. Please order 2 sets for the CE twin cylinder engines.
