Lister LD, SL, LR & SR Manifold Joint 201-11131
Exhaust/Intake manifold joint suitable for Lister LD, SL, LR & SR engines, this non-Genuine gasket is equivalent to Lister part number 201-11131, can also replace 201-11130 (See notes & refer to image 2).
Note: Unfortunately the exhaust & intake manifold gasket is not a one size fits all for the LD, SL, LR & SR engine ranges, unlike later engines. The following information will help identify which manifold gasket you will require if you own one of these engines.
Manifold Gasket 201-11130 & 203-11130: Easily identified by the 2 round holes for both intake and exhaust. These gaskets were used from the inception of the air cooled Lister engine on the LD1 & LD2 and closely followed SL1, SL2 & SL3, they were also used on early SR3 engines. From late 1959 this gasket was replaced by the 201-11131 on the LD1, LD2, SL1 & SL2, but the 203-11130 remained in use on the SL3 and was also used during the early production of the SR3 on engines running up to 2000 rpm, used up to about 1969 as far as we can tell.
Manifold Gasket 201-11131: Identified by the single round exhaust port hole and the oval shaped (horizontal) intake port hole. These gaskets were used on the LD1, LD2, SL1, & SL2 from late 1959 or engine numbers 8192SL19 & 4863SL29, they were also used on the LR1 & LR2 (From beginning to End) and early SR1 & SR2 engine running up to 2000 RPM, used up to about 1969 as far as we can tell.
Later SR Engines: Later SR1, SR2 & SR3 engines used the 201-51040 manifold gasket.
Obsolete: The 201-11130 & 203-11130 manifold gasket is no longer available, we have tested and found the 201-11131 manifold gasket to be a suitable replacement for this earlier obsolete gasket.
