Thermostat suitable for Lister Petter LPW/LPWS4, LPWT4 Build 40, 42, 47, 49 engines requiring a 74 degree thermostat. Equivalent to Lister part number 854-01222, replaces 854-01170, 803-02221. For suitability, see notes below or refer to your service manual. If in doubt, please ask before purchasing.
Note: The 854-01222 thermostat is not suitable for all LPW engines, please refer to the “Thermostat Identification” table (Image 2) for build number suitability. Please also check your current thermostat has the lower skirt, the early type did not have this feature and are not interchangeable with this later style thermostat, refer to (Image 3) “Early & Later Type” for reference.
