Ronaldson & Tippett N Type 1.5hp, 2hp & 2.5hp Big End/Conrod Bearing
New Australian made big end/conrod bearing to suit the 1.5HP, 2HP & 2.5HP Ronaldson & Tippett N Type stationary engine. These new bearing shells are made from babbitt/white metal as per the original design. Available in standard size to suit a 1-7/16” (36.5125mm) crank pin. May not be suitable for engines below engine number 12957, please check your crank pin size before purchasing.
Note: 2 small oil holes will need to be drilled in top half to suit your conrod once fitted in place, this is to allow for perfect alignment of holes and ensure bearing is well lubricated.
Oversizes are available on request, but these oversizes may need to be made to order depending on size. Please contact me to arrange.
This bearing is equivalent to Ronaldson & Tippett part number V162, suitable for the 1.5HP, 2HP and 2.5HP only. This bearing is NOT suitable for 3 or 4hp engines.
