Cylinder Head & COV

A set of 4 Lister CS cylinder/cylinder head studs, these are the 4 main corner studs that screw into the crankcase, each stud is 17" long and threaded at both ends with 3/4” BSW threads. Equivalent to Lister part number 027-00861 x 4.

A pack of 25 x No.4 x 1/4" hammer drive rivets, brass plated to give an authentic vintage look as well as protection against the elements. Will suit most vintage Lister engine nameplates and any other stationary engine ID plates where this size is used.

Lister CS replacement cylinder heads to suit original British built engines with 7 head studs. For 5/1, 6/1, 8/1, 10/2 & 12/2 English built engines. The good quality reproduction head comes supplied complete with all valves and valve gear fitted as shown in photos.

This is a brand new aftermarket compression change over valve with cast iron grip and all the copper seals needed for a complete replacement of your Lister CS or Listeroid COV. Suitable for 5/1, 6/1, 10/2 & 12/2 Lister CS engines. Equivalent to Lister P/N 573-10160.

A solid cast iron reproduction cylinder head cover hand nut suitable for all Lister CS engines. Comes complete with 3/8” BSW threaded stud and rocker bracket nut.

A pack of 25 x No.4 x 1/4" hammer drive rivets, electroplated for protection against the elements. Will suit most vintage Lister engine nameplates and any other stationary engine ID plates where this size is used.

A glow plug kit to help make it easier for you to start your CS engine when running on vegetable oil or other forms of bio/alternative fuels, it will also help starting in very cold conditions. This kit is compatible with original English built Lister CS engines and the Indian built Listeroid engines.

Set of 3 x 9/16 BSW threaded studs for use on the original 7 stud Lister CS engines to hold the cylinder head in place, these are used in conjunction with the larger four main cylinder studs.

Note: Please select your engine size when ordering, 2 sets are required for twin cylinder engines.

New non-Genuine locating washer for the cylinder head on all genuine Lister CS engines, 2 of these washers are used to align the cylinder head to the cylinder, often missing or badly rusted.

A heavy duty cast iron rocker cover for all the Lister CS engine range, including 3-1, 3.5-1, 5-1, 6-1, 8-1, 10-2, 12-2 and 16-6 engines.

A genuine Bakelite Lister CS compression change-over valve replacement handwheel. Often broken, these early Bakelite handwheels are near impossible to find in new old stock these days. Suitable for early 3-1, 5-1, & 10-2 engines in preservation.
