Governor Fittings

A new governor spring for all Lister CS engines, available in non-genuine and genuine when stock is available. Equivalent to Lister Part Number: 079-00192 & 79-192 (T192)

A complete Lister CS governor linkage assembly including spring and governor hook for single cylinder CS and VA engines.

This Lister governor hook is a nice reproduction of the original used on many Lister diesel, petrol and paraffin engines including the Lister A, B, D and CS, would also be a suitable replacement on L and J type engines.

A genuine Lister CS replacement governor sleeve, Lister part numbers 008-24227, 8-6-102 or 3165. This governor sleeve will also fit the petrol L & J models built after about 1920 with rotary type magnetos, it will not fit early engines with a flick magneto type camshaft. If you have any doubts if this part will fit your engine, please contact me before ordering.

A genuine Lister CS governor gearwheel suitable for 3-1, 3.5-1, 5-1, 6-1, 8-1, 10-2, 12-2, 16-2 & VA engines. This gear is a replacement for the camshaft gear that hold the governor weights. Lister parts numbers 003-00166, 3-166 or 3166.

Genuine Lister governor hooks suitable for a wide range of engines in including the CS, A & B Junior, L & J petrol engines, and others. Note that this is the hook only being sold here, there is NO adjusting nut included.

Genuine Lister CS governor connecting rod with fork 3-375 and rivet 27-1529, Lister part number for the complete assembly 574-10440. Suitable for all Lister CS engines including the 3/1, 3.5/1, 5/1, 6/1, 8/1, 10/2, 12/2, 16/2 (2 x rods are used on twin cylinder engines).

Genuine Lister CS 8/1 governor linkage rod with later type Joint Pins. Lister part number for the complete assembly 574-11470. This later type linkage was used on the CS 8/1 from the late 1970’s till end of production in 1986, however it will also fit all earlier CS as the length is the same.

A genuine pair of Lister CS governor weights suitable for CS 8/1 & 16/2 engines only. Lister part number 008-06106 or 8-6-106.

A genuine pair of Lister CS governor weights suitable for CS 3/1, 3.5/1, 5/1, 6/1, 10/2, 12/2 engines. Lister part number 003-00167, 3-167 or 3167. These governor weights are also suitable for the petrol engines in the J and L range that use the P/N 3167 governor weight.

Genuine new old stock Lister CS governor bottom lever suitable for all Lister CS engines. Lister part number 008-06078. Note that on twin cylinder models this is the righthand side bottom lever only.

Genuine new old stock Lister CS upper governor lever suitable for all Lister CS engines, 2 are required on twin cylinder models. Lister part number 008-06056.

Genuine new old stock Lister CS governor lever eye end, this part connects the governor linkages to the fuel pumps. Suitable for all Lister CS engines, 2 are required on twin cylinder models. Lister part number 008-06083.
