CS Twin Cylinder Parts

A new pair of Lister CS twin cylinder high pressure injector fuel lines suitable for 10-2, 12-2 and 16-2 engines. This set comprises of a left-hand and a right-hand pipe.

An oil bath air filter assembly for Lister CS Twin Cylinder engines when used in conjunction with an air filter elbow (available separately). The bottom of this filter assembly has a round pipe clamp which allows it to fit to pipes up to 4.8cm or smaller with suitable packing. It has a nut on the top to allow for easy removal of the top cover to gain access to the filter element inside.

Complete overhaul gasket set for original Lister CS twin cylinder engines, comes complete with felt seals and 2 x 7 stud head gaskets. Suitable for 10-2, 12-2 & 16-2 engine sizes with a 4.5' (114.3mm) bores.

Lister CS twin cylinder crankshaft (non-genuine), these quality reproduced crankshafts are suitable for use in genuine Lister CS twin cylinder engines that have the original white metal bush style of main bearings. The crankshaft will 10-2, 12-2 and 16-2 size engines.

A well-made twin cylinder governor linkage assembly. This complete set also includes a governor spring, adjustable hook and fuel shut off lever.

A Lister CS twin cylinder camshaft assembly for 10-2, 12-2 and 16-2 CS Original Lister engines. This cam shaft is a quality non genuine replacement for two cylinder engines.

These are replacement castings for the cam shaft end support on Lister CS twin cylinder engines.

Each end on a twin cylinder engine is slightly different, please select the correct end you require from the menu when ordering.

A good quality replacement oil pressure gauge for twin cylinder Lister CS engines, it is normally mounted on the top of the oil pump near middle of the engine. This gauge is has a stainless steel body, and is fitted with dampener to help give a true and constant oil pressure indication.

A cast iron Lister CS twin cylinder water manifold used for both the upper and the lower connection of the two cylinder and head water jacket outlets. This manifold connects the water jacket outlets and flows then in to a single 1.25” BSP outlet pipe for easy connection to your cooling tank.

A good quality cast iron inlet elbow that connects to the inlet manifold an twin cylinder Lister CS engines. This elbow will only suit the inlet manifold we supply, it may not fit other types of manifolds, please check it suitable before purchasing.

A quality cast iron air inlet manifold for twin cylinder Lister CS engines. This manifold joins the 2 intake ports on the head, and when used in conjunction with the Inlet Elbow, allows you to add a single oil bath or cartridge air filter.

A fuel line set for Lister CS twin cylinder engines fitted with original CAV or Bosch type fuel pumps with the original 18mm banjo fittings. The set connects the 2 fuel pumps to the original type cast iron wick type fuel filters. Some final tweaking and adjustments may be necessary for this pipe set to fit properly to your engine.

Note: This pipe set is only compatible with 18mm banjo fittings.

Genuine new old stock Lister CS governor bottom lever for the left-hand side of the 10/2, 12/2 & 16/2 twin cylinder models only. Lister part number 009-06087.

A pair of genuine Lister CS twin cylinder connecting rod oil dippers, Lister part number 008-04012 x 2.

New crank starting handle with 2 handled grip for the Lister CS twin cylinder diesel engines, fits all the 2 cylinder CS engines, including the 10/2, 12/2 & 16/2, may also be suitable for other stationary engines with 2" diameter crankshafts and a requirement for a longer grip.

A new reproduction oil suction pipe with pigtail bend suitable for Lister CS 10/2, 12/2 & 16/2 cold start twin cylinder engines. Equivalent to Lister part number 007-00276
